Dobson Renovation. South Lyon MI - This sensational renovation was a quite a dramatic transformation from the original 1970’s brick facade home. Nailite vinyl shakes, cultured stone, several new gables, and a large scale porch with arches & columns were used to give this renovation enormous architectural interest. This South Lyon home improvement included a large master suite addition with a basement. The existing floor plan was redesigned for better use of space. The living room was bumped out & a new fireplace with a wall unit was added. New & refinished hardwood was combined along with new tile floors throughout the home. South Lyon, MI Remodel

Tomala Residence - Highland MI Lakefront addition. This large 2 story addition not only adds lots of light and space to this home but great character and architecture to the rear exterior. A subtle bow in the bump-out addition and oversize windows add to the incredible views of the lake. The exterior was finished with Nailite vinyl shakes and vinyl siding to match the existing. The interior remodel includes a great room with a large stone fireplace, skylights, columns and new hardwood floors. The lower level offers a walkout finished basement.

Bulthuis Residence - Whole house remodel/addition. This Lakefront home on a concrete slab was dramatically improved by moving all mechanicals to new location provided by bonus room storage trusses, giving the new floor plan a more desirable use of space. Garage addition allowed for the original garage to be converted into an exercise room, main bath and laundry room. The kitchen was newly renovated using Kitchen Craft Maple cabinetry, granite countertops and hardwood flooring. The living room, formal dining room, office were also remodeled. Stone, brick and Nailite siding transformed the exterior. All new Pella windows were installed. Commerce, MI.

Vogel Residence - Whole house historical renovation & 2 story addition. Owens Corning Stone & Hardi-Plank siding transformed the exterior. A new master bedroom, master bath and exercise room were added to the upper level. Manchester home remodel. Highland MI This impressive home remodeling project included adding height and architecture to the 1960’s ranch by redesigning the roof system to provide balance and update the wide facade. A 3rd car garage addition was added along with several new gables. Pillars and a gracious archway set off the front entryway that was bumped out into a new courtyard. The chimney was extended to accommodate the new roof. The bold color existing brick was repainted. Highland Residence - Whole house redesign, remodel and addition. This façade was demolished, redesigned and refaced using Owens Corning Country ledgestone and fieldstone. Mastic Quest-3 wood grain siding. New basement addition/remodel includes custom built entertainment center with fireplace and a new laundry room. The dining room was remodeled to include pillars and a Brazilian cherry floor. All bedrooms were redesigned and a ½ bath added. Howitt Residence - Whole house renovation & room addition - This open living room was constructed with several unique features. Twelve foot ceilings make the 18 x 20 room even more spacious. The streamline row of eight upper windows over the entertainment area and wrapping the front and partial side walls of the room add a feeling of a “Frank Lloyd Wright” style. The eleven foot windows strategically placed in the room take advantage of this homes secluded scenic location and helps bring the outdoors in. The new fireplace adds much warmth and coziness to this space but with the floor to ceiling Southern ledgestone this truly becomes a stunning focal point.

Postema Residence - Exterior Facelift. This lakefront homes façade was entirely redesigned and refaced using cultured stone and cedar siding. All new Kobe & Kobe windows were installed to this house to add to the dramatic transformation. Lake Fenton, MI
