New Home Design - A brand new design was created to meet the needs of our deserving client after the previous home was completely gutted by a fire. The new 2500 sq. ft. unique angular design embraces a blend of cottage style with many architectural details. Brick and Hardi-plank along with a vaulted front porch and several gables are combined on the exterior. The open floor plan creates a spacious feel, with the great room, dining room and kitchen flowing together naturally. The kitchen features Wood-Mode cabinets with a shaker door style and granite countertops. Arty Pewabic handcrafted tiles were peppered into the backsplash. The dining room opens up to the cedar screened in porch, offering stunning views to the surrounding woods and ponds. New hardwood was installed throughout most of the main level.  A large laundry room, art studio with coffered ceilings and master suite are also on the first floor. A beautiful stone fireplace flanked with built-ins is center stage in the great room.  A gorgeous wall of windows floods the space with natural light. On the second level are two more bedrooms and a bath. A bridge overlooks foyer and great room with arches echoing the curved windows in the great room.
