Lakefront Basement Addition

This 1968 Wolverine Lake lakefront home has undergone a transformation with a new boulder terraced back yard and a basement addition under an existing four-season room.  The new room required extensive foundation work to be done to support the existing structure and enclose the area underneath. The basement addition has been designed with entertaining in mind with seating at the bar island and plenty of granite counter space for use as a buffet. The hospitality area has Matte Twilight Brookhaven by Wood Mode cabinetry. The large island and buffets are topped with beautiful Snow-white granite. From the new addition you can step out on to the new lower patio to enjoy the view.  The landscaping now includes two concrete outdoor patios with entertaining areas with Rosetta stone steps leading down to the lawn and lake.  The exterior addition has new Timber bark Hardie Plank siding to finish off the new look.
