The Dream Machine

The Dream Machine Distillery is a small-batch distillery that serves innovative and signature craft cocktails. It is the newest addition to the popular Fenton Winery & Brewery. We were excited to design and build the perfect space that defines this delightful destination within Fenton’s favorite winery. We were able to maintain the cozy atmosphere, while emphasizing the open feel and focusing on the state-of-the-art distilling equipment. The massive post and beam timber trellis is perfectly scaled for the tall ceilings yet defines the new bar with rustic charm. The bar features a beautiful wall of cabinetry that displays the collection of spirits and frames a window that allows patrons to get a glimpse of the distilling process. The bar itself is clad with corrugated metal which is carried throughout the surrounding space. The bar top is made of beautifully finished white oak and is the perfect place to sit and sip.  If you haven't yet checked out this hidden gem in Fenton you need to!
