Whole House Remodel and Addition - This lakefront home on a concrete slab was dramatically improved by moving all mechanicals to new location provided by bonus room storage trusses, giving the new floor plan a more desirable use of space. Garage addition allowed for the original garage to be converted into an exercise room, main bath and laundry room. The kitchen was newly renovated using Kitchen Craft Maple cabinetry, granite and hardwood flooring. The living room, formal dining room, office were also remodeled.
