Simple Ranch Transformed! The old house un-recognizable! This 1945 waterfront simple ranch has been completely redesigned and transformed! The foundation was stabilized and the roof of the existing home was raised. The great room and garage addition as well as a new bathroom and many other updates made an enormous difference in the functionality of the home.
