Wolverine Lake Renovation

This once outdated 1960’s Wolverine Lake home was totally transformed inside and out during a full home remodel. Designers added much need living space by increasing the first floor footprint slightly and adding needed second story bedrooms on one side and a bonus room over the existing garage on the other. The new design added height and balance and changed the ‘60’s shed roof to the more appealing stacked front gable design. The once outdated exterior was fully transformed by updating to a coastal blue horizontal siding with crisp white trim. All windows were replaced with an energy efficient alternative. Stone around the base and metal roof accents above the garage and on the extended front porch add character and design interest. Tapered columns, a new craftsmen style front door and cottage landscaping will welcome visitors to this truly charming family home for many years to come.
